  • If you have a faulty DPF and the sensor chip is damaged the warranty will be voided

Our NOx sensors go through rigorous testing procedures in our research and development facility and we compare how the equivalent operates against genuine OE sensors to ensure the sensors are of high-quality.

 

PARAMETRIC TESTING

The Parametric Test compares the equivalent readings with the OE readings for Oxygen and Nitrous Oxide, we set a tolerance of +/-10PPM for the NOx Reading.


DYNAMIC TESTING

A dynamic test involves quality checking the effectiveness of the communication between the NOx sensor and the ECU. We carry out an in depth comparison analysis as to how successful our equivalent sensors perform against the OE equivalents.


COMPLIANCE TESTING

During the final stages of testing, we carry out a complete random compliance check by fitting the product into a vehicle to monitor the overall performance.
