What to do next

Please package up your unit(s) securely, and safely for transit. Place your contact details and instructions inside the box on a compliment slip or headed paper. Shortly, one of the customer services team will call you to confirm receipt of the booking and arrange for the uplift of the parcel.

If contact isn’t made when the service advisor calls, please keep an eye out in your emails for a CitySprint collection label, sent from one of our service team members which requires placing on the outside of the package.

In the event that you do not have access to printing facilities, please write the 8-digit collection reference seen on the top of the label, on the box and the following address:
