Meet the Team
Jon Ellard
Managing Director
Jon leads the business and oversees the development of the remanufacturing operation and workshop capability.
Since launching Remanufactured Parts Ltd in 2023, his focus has been on building a specialist engineering business that protects and develops remanufacturing expertise within the commercial vehicle sector. As part of this work the company has secured a £210,000 Innovate UK research and development grant, supporting continued innovation within the workshop.
Jon works closely with the engineering team and customers to ensure the business continues to provide practical repair solutions that reduce vehicle downtime and avoid unnecessary replacement of electronic components.
Sue Pearson
Customer Service Manager
Sue manages customer communication and the day to day coordination of repairs coming through the workshop.
She works closely with customers to ensure parts are booked in, diagnosed and returned as efficiently as possible. For many customers Sue is the first point of contact and plays an important role in making sure the repair process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Our Engineering Team
Our engineers specialise in the diagnosis and repair of commercial vehicle electronic components including ECUs, instrument clusters, wiring looms, transmission electronics and specialist control modules.
Working with dedicated testing equipment and diagnostic tools, the workshop focuses on component level remanufacturing that restores parts to reliable working condition. Their work plays a key role in helping fleet operators reduce downtime, control maintenance costs and extend the life of existing vehicle electronics.
Where specialist expertise is required, we also work with a small network of trusted subcontractors who support specific areas of testing, development and engineering.
Shareholders and Non Operational Directors
Remanufactured Parts Ltd is supported by a small group of shareholders who bring experience from related sectors including engineering, digital and manufacturing.
Natasha, Ryan and Jay act as non operational directors, providing strategic support and guidance to the business as it continues to grow.
While they are not involved in the day to day running of the workshop, their input helps support the company’s long term development and stability.
