Coach and Bus UK – what we will be talking about
Next week will be exhibiting at the UK’s premier coach, bus and accessibility exhibition, Coach & Bus UK, at the NEC in Birmingham.
New to the ATT stand this year is an example of the company’s hybrid service exchange battery pack – the E400HX. This battery pack features new cells, improved battery management and live cell balancing, all of which has been developed by ATT after we identified an industry-wide need for a solution to cell degradation.
After developing the ability to identify low performing cells and predict future failures, we will also have a battery pack on the stand and be providing demonstrations.
Also on display will be ATT’s Fire Suppression equipment, which is fully R107 compliant, with some retrofitted examples being exhibited on a bus and coach at the show.
In addition, as a remanufacturing specialist, the ATT team will be on hand to discuss operators’ emission control equipment needs including the popular AdBlue pump service exchange scheme, utilised by most of the UK’s bus groups.
To show its support for tackling the stigma surrounding the mental health of male workers within the bus and coach industry, representatives from the MINT charity – which we have recently partnered with – will be on the stand to offer mental health support. The charity will be discussing how it is working with ATT to change perceptions of mental health conditions across the bus and coach sector.
Alliance Transport Technologies can be found at stand H33 at Coach & Bus UK.
