TESTING CAPABILITIES
Our NOx sensors go through rigorous testing procedures in our research and development facility and we compare how the equivalent operates against genuine OE sensors to ensure the sensors are of high-quality.
PARAMETRIC TESTING
The Parametric Test compares the equivalent readings with the OE readings for O2 and NOx, we set a tolerance of +/-10PPM for the NOx Reading.
DYNAMIC TESTING
A dynamic test, quality checks the effectiveness of communication between the NOx sensor and the ECU. We carry out an in depth comparison analysis as to how successful our equivalent sensors perform against the OE equivalents.
COMPLIANCE TESTING
In the final stages of testing, we carry out random compliance checks by fitting them into vehicles to monitor their performance.
